\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThrough the activities it undertakes, the Youth Collective fulfills its mission of integration, participation, and training, thanks to the contributions of several dozen engaged and dynamic members. <\/p>\n

    \n \t
  • Organize the assemblies of the Youth Collective, including setting the agendas.<\/li>\n \t
  • Ensure the implementation of decisions made by the assembly.<\/li>\n \t
  • Oversee the hiring and supervision of staff.<\/li>\n \t
  • Monitor the progress of permanent or temporary committees established by the assembly.<\/li>\n \t
  • Receive membership applications from new members and recommend their adoption to the assembly.<\/li>\n \t
  • Welcome new members and facilitate everyone’s participation in the Youth Collective.<\/li>\n \t
  • Propose and implement an annual action plan based on the priorities established by the assembly.<\/li>\n \t
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget approved by the assembly.<\/li>\n \t
  • Support the assembly in conducting an annual review and evaluating the work and functioning of the Collective. <\/li>\n \t
  • Ensure that democratic decision-making processes are established and followed, particularly for the allocation of funding to coordinated projects.<\/li>\n \t
  • Propose a choice of trustee to the assembly based on received submissions (every 2 years).<\/li>\n \t
  • Supervise the work of the trustee organization.<\/li>\n \t
  • In collaboration with the trustee organization, ensure accountability to various funders.<\/li>\n \t
  • Designate signatories for all legal documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe Executive Committee may delegate some of its tasks to the staff of the Youth Collective (coordination or other tasks).\n

    • 1 meeting of 3 hours every 2 months.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    • Reading documents and communications between meetings: 2 hours\/month<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      • Be available to perform various tasks on the day of the event, such as welcoming participants, checking attendance, or handling other requests. <\/li>\n \t
      • Participate in event preparation meetings, if applicable. <\/li>\n \t
